Rich Custom Cakes
Whether it's a chocolate cake, a buttery white cake, or a carrot cake, these will be the best cakes you've ever experienced. All my cakes are made from scratch, inspired by some of our country's finest chefs and bakeries. My butter cream is just that: no shortening! Just bakery-grade heavy cream and real butter. I use essential oil extracts and real vanilla to custom flavor my butter creams and cakes: lemon and orange are among the most popular. I often accent with high-quality preserves.

I customize each cake to your tastes and your special event. I use various fun and gourmet techniques, such as hand-piped sugar cookies and beautiful multi-colored butter cream flowers, or fondant cut-outs. I can also use fresh flowers, for a small extra charge. All my fondants are made fresh and from scratch, adding a gorgeous look to any cake when draped over in place of butter cream.
Little bit of everything! Something magical happens in the oven when chocolate chips, sweet angel-flake coconut, and rich pecans come together atop a buttery graham cracker crust. A "secret" ingredient produces a wonderful toffee-like bar that will satisfy any craving. Got milk?

Individual cakes may be picked up, or delivered for a small, nominal fee. Wedding cake delivery and set-up is always free within Sacramento and our neighboring communities. Wedding cake clients receive a certificate good for one 6" 1st Anniversary cake, baked fresh for the newlyweds to share.
